the perfect way to start your week off! join me for a practice that slowly builds in intensity, practicing in the vinyasa (breath to movement) style of yoga. at around the halfway point, we’ll seamlessly transition into our yin practice. the class will be themed around a region of the body and we’ll practice both active & passive postures to target that area throughout.
