    join me weekly for a 60-minute yin yoga class to start your week off right. this will be a classic yin yoga practices (long held passive postures) intended to tap into the deeper tissues of the body & promote restoration, recovery, and mindfulness. each class will be set to relaxing music & sequenced based around a body region, set of meridian lines, or theme.

    thursdays 7:30-8:30pm MT

    de-stress & unwind from your day during this evening flow + restore yoga practice. expect a 60 minute practice with a healthy amount of stretching, slow flowing, and closing with longer held gentle postures. each class is set to fresh music & sequenced based around a body region, set of meridian lines, or theme.
